Salina Regional Urgent Care is offering virtual care. To begin your virtual visit, you will check in online through ClockWise MD and select that you want a virtual appointment. That will reserve your spot and will also let our care team know your visit will be virtual. About 15 minutes prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to our virtual clinic. You will click on that link and follow the instructions to access our virtual clinic.

There are certain symptoms that we can see virtually at urgent care, those are:

• Screening for COVID-19 testing
• Treatment for:
  • Cold and flu-like symptoms, including:
    • congestion or runny nose
    • cough
    • sore or scratchy throat or difficulty swallowing
    • loss of voice (laryngitis)
    • fever
  • sinus infections or sinusitis
  • upper respiratory infections, such as bronchitis
  • seasonal allergy symptoms
  • cold and canker sores
  • urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • minor burns
  • minor cuts and scrapes that would not require stitches
  • nausea, vomiting or diarrhea - without abdominal pain
  • skin conditions, including:
    • bug bites
    • cellulitis
    • eczema
    • hives or rashes (If you’re also experiencing breathing difficulty, please seek immediate in-person medical care.)

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you will need to go directly to the nearest emergency department or call 911:

• Chest Pain, Chest Pressure, Chest Heaviness and/or Tightness
• Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
• Sudden Numbness or Weakness
• Sudden Confusion or Trouble Speaking
• Sudden Loss of Balance or Dizziness
• Sudden & Severe Headache (i.e. worst headache of your life)
